As a system integrator, Kelma is able to supply sampling accessories from the leading manufacturers in the European market.
You will find in our range products from JCT, M&C-TechGroup, Bühler Technologies, PSG-AGT, Winkler, Charles Austen Pumps and KNF, which enables us to always offer you the most suitable equipment for your application.
Sampling probes
Every sampling system starts with the filtration of the sample gas at the sampling point. This removes as much dust, soot and salts as possible from the sample gas before it is fed to an analyzer via an inlet line.
Kelma offers both portable (PSP4000 and JPES) and fixed sampling probes.
In most applications, this probe will include a heated filter element. Depending on the application, ceramic, stainless steel, PTFE or glass fiber filters with a porosity of 0.1 to 20 µm can be offered.
For fixed installation, a long list of options and accessories is available. For high dust loads, a backwash filter or a pre-filter can be supplied. There are also options to provide a calibration gas before the filter or to prevent salt build-up.
Suction lines
A suction line is required to carry the sample gas from the sample probe to the analyzer.
For the measurement of gases that are not soluble in water without the risk of freezing, a simple hose made of chemically inert PTFE or PFA can be used.
For the transport of water-soluble components, a heated line is required so that these components cannot be absorbed into the condensate before reaching the analyzer.
Winkler’s heated analytical tubing is available in a variety of sizes and designs, for fixed installation indoors or outdoors, for placement in an Ex-zone or with a robust silicone jacket for use by mobile laboratories.
