When low oxygen concentrations need to be measured, AMS’ ppm-O2 analyzers are often the best choice.
The microprocessor-controlled analyzers allow fast and accurate measurement of oxygen at the ppm level. For this measurement, ZrO2 sensors (lambda probes) can be used as well as electrochemical sensors if the measurement gas contains flammable components.
This analyzer can be additionally equipped with additional electrochemical sensors or, for example, dew point measurement. In combination with the thermal conductivity measurement, a complete HNX gas analysis can be performed on a galvanization line in the steel industry.
