DIS offers an in-house lab where we assemble, configure and calibrate your customized products to the highest standard. We do this for both pressure and temperature type analog and digital instruments.
The lab is fully equipped for the service of separation membranes for pressure measurements. For this, DIS has 3 filling stations from LABOM. This takes place under a specific temperature and under vacuum. We use 3 types of liquids as filler:
*FD1 : silicone free oil FDA approved (-50/+230°C)
*FV3H; Vacuum high temperature oil (-10/400°C)
*FC: Halocarbon for oxygen and chlorine applications
Resistance thermometers PT100: are custom assembled in our workshop according to customer’s requirements
